Amira Mor Belly Dance DVD- Review

I have always wanted to learn to belly dance.  I mean who wouldn’t?  Belly dancing has such sensual movements that can make any woman feel sexy.  Not to mention the awesome abs!

Amira Mor’s belly dancing video is the ABC’s of belly dancing.  In her video, she teaches in front of a class of six women and breaks down the movements to the most basic and easy to understand instructions.  She guides you step-by-step through body isolation’s and shares tips and secrets that make belly dance the perfect combination of feminine sensuality and fitness.   Amira Mor is an internationally renowned belly dancer and the director of the Jewels of the Desert Dance Company.  Among her many accomplishments include producing many shows, appearing in music videos, national tv shows, and has even instructed students including Britney Spears.

This dvd is fun!  Her instructions are easy to learn and its taught at a good pace for beginners.  I will say that this was great exercise too- I was actually sore in my abs, hips and back.  So I could tell I was getting a work out.  I did make a video of me doing this but unfortunately either my video camera or my computer is acting up and I can’t seem to get it loaded.  Once i do though, I’ll add it in here. What was even funnier, was Hunter trying to do it with me.
